Founded in 1923 by Manuel dos Santos initially dedicated to the production of hardware for doors and furniture. By 1965 the company had 80 employees and entered the export market. Between 1970 and 1980 the company began the development of new product ranges including bathroom accesssories and lighting products. In 1973 the company became Valdemar dos Santos, LDA. In 1992 they entered into the UK market establishing Valsan UK Ltd.
Today, after over 80 years in business, VALSAN produces a wide range of bathroom accessory collections and lighting products including bathroom, floor and table lamps. Valsan Bathrooms is an exciting new company in the bathroom accessory market. As a manufacturer of brass products for almost 80 years, we have brought our experience into designing and creating several exclusive wall mounted collections along with many innovative free standing items.
